We maintain the highest possible level of chassis preparation, from simple pre and post race preparation through
to complete chassis suspension and drive line modifications and set up.
At VRS we control our own destiny by building our own in house components and chassis. From fully approved roll
cages to engine sumps and pickups, diff housings, large front brake kits, various suspension parts and full mandrel
bent exhaust systems. Also in association with Australian Transmission Components a group of full race prepared
gearboxes. A bullet proof top loader has been developed, along with an Aussie 4 speeds. All have been thoroughly
tested for durability and longevity.
VRS’s large front spindle and brake kit starts with a large bearing spindle, CNC machined hub, AP custom spec
brake rotor specifically for VRS, and CNC machined rotor hat and Large Kelsey Hayes calipers.
Our full floating diff housing uses SVO housing parts with 3’’ axle tubes. We use a full floating rear hub with
31 spline axles. Our axles are made from state of the art material with strength and durability in mind.
VRS’s custom built exhaust systems are a result of many long hours of engine dyno testing to determine the best
length for peak torque and horsepower.
We offer two types of roll cages, a basic mild steel version using cold drawn seamless tubing. The second type
offered is a full chrome moly version using the highest quality tubing available, in various tube diameters and
thicknesses. Here at VRS we don’t stop there with our roll cages, we are able to fit a full roll cage system
to any type of chassis you may have or desire in all forms of Australian motorsport.
